Get yourself a website and try to make money. If you do everything yourself you are talking about $50 a year investment. Make it multi purpose. Point it to your eBay store, offer information that people want. Offer services that people will use. Try selling hand made items.

Be creative.

Don't forget Google ads, not much money... but some.
