Hello everyone, My name is Trina, I'm from Vietnam and I'm a newbie here. Could you please show me how to write an introduction letter to senior staff?
I am a new Event Manager in a shopping mall in Hanoi, Vietnam. My regional shopping mall director has introduced me to others who are at Hanoi office in person, she also has written a letter to introduce me to Operative Director and some other directors and senior staffs who are at Hochiminh city office
For your information, Hanoi is in the North of Vietnam and Hochiminh is in the South
Now I would like to write a letter to say hello to the senior staff and co-worker in the South but I don't know how to. Please tell me how to write such letter? Should I write one letter to each person or just one letter to all? And if you have any form or template or sample of this kind of letter, can you post it here for me? I really appreciate your help
