I Need to fly to n.z on TUESDAY 15TH Dec. 2009 my passport has expired and I live in
Queensland, Gold Coast, is there any chance I can get a passport by next Monday 14th
Dec. 2009 how much will it cost me.

If you are waiting for that information here, you will run out of time. Common sense would say to call your government passport office for that information and the number is probably listed in your phone book, or check on line. But I can tell you right now, you won't get a passport renewed anywhere that fast.
