My period is 11 days late. Im on birth control but I sometimes forget to take it. I can't tell you when I had sex because I don't write that down. I don't drink, so I wasn't drunk. I'm very nervous. I took a test a few days after my period should have come but it came out negative. I was told that could happen and someone could still be pregnant though. Could I have any advice or insight? If you have any questions please ask. Im pretty sure my last period wasn't as heavy as normal.. I had a issue where my feet were swollen and I could barely walk but it went away after about 2 days. I haven't been moody like I normally would before my period. That's all I can think about right now. Please reply if you have something to say. Thank you.

Oh also I was supposed to get my period on the 28th and this past Saturday I had 2 mixed drinks. The next morning I didn't feel hungover, but I didn't get drunk so I wasn't expecting it. But on my way up to my sisters house to visit her and her husband and little boy, I let my boyfriend know that I was nauseated and to pull over. As soon as I opened the door I felt better. As soon as he started driving I felt it again but we kept on driving. I ended up falling asleep but still not feeling too good.

If you forget to take your birth control pills on a regular basis you might as well not be taking them at all.

Yes you may be pregnant, and yes it may have been too early to take a pregnancy test.
I would wait until your NEXT period would be due and take another test then.

Stress, illness and medications can affect your cycle as well.

I'm usually really good about taking them. But my period isn't always on the dot so that's when my pills get messed up but I always write down when I get my period. Im not sick, stressed out, or taking medication. My last period started on Oct. 28th. If I am pregnant I can't afford to not know if I am and how far along I am. Im just worried.
