A ex friend owes me $600 and he keeps telling me next week but next week never comes and I lent the money in early feb and he said he would pay it back in the next two to three months and he hasn't. I don't know what to do, he has his girl friend living there and she's got 2 children and single mothers pension and he works full time... So there is no excuse.

So you file in small claims court and sue them?

He also works at murray goulburn and he would be getting a fair bit of money as my husband also works there... My disability son is missing out on christmas this year also...
