My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year now. Lately I haven't been feeling like myself. Ive been tired, moody, and gained wieght. I just feel out of it and almost depressed. I cry at everything and get stressed easily. My last two periods I spotted a day or two before. Last night I got pain in my back and lower stomach. Ive also been feeling sick. I started my period today, almost two weeks early! Its lighter then usual. Can I be pregnant?
