Restoring natural red hair after blonde highlights
My hair is naturally dark red and I want to completely remove half head mesh blonde highlights I got 2 months ago.How do I do this without turning my hair green or some weird colour

    Bikkit
The most quick solution would be to dye over top of the highlights with a dark red all-over colour, but it's always difficult matching it to your natural colour and if you don't, you're stuck with growing out two-toned hair.

The slower way would be to simply grow out your highlights. I have no idea how long your hair is so I can't estimate how long this would take, but be prepared for a long wait.

These are only two options, however, and the best solution to your woes would be to visit a hairdresser and ask for advice. You don't have to carry out their instructions at the salon itself, as this can be expensive. Ask them bluntly if there is anything you can do at home.

    Good luck!
