I am on 2yrs probation for poss of controlled sub what could happen if my frist viol is a technical one

It's all up to the Judge what happens to you. To get an idea of what your punishment will be you can take a look at your Final Disposition paperwork or Sentencing paperwork and you will see the punishments spelled out in detail for violation of your probation. This is used as a guideline for the Judge when it comes time for your sentencing at your Probation Violation Hearing.
