    Probation and restitution fees
My fiancé had last hearing for probation and was suppose to be off probation after this court hearing... his restitution is not all the way paid but has made frequent payments... the judge kept him on probation until next month... could the judge just had entered that as a judgement?

    Hello k:

Not really. It's not a civil case, so there can be no civil judgment. Believe me, your fiancé is MUCH better off spending another month on probation, than he is having a civil judgment on his credit history.
