I gave birth to a baby girl 6 weeks ago via c section. My husband and I had sex twice. I this a HPT and it had 2 lines. One line was very dark, the other very light. I did another test (2 different brands), and it was negative. Can I be pregnant again?

It's possible that you are pregnant. You know you should have waited to have sex.

Are you breastfeeding? It may take a while, several months, whether you are breastfeeding or not, to get your period back. In the meantime, please use protection.

Women vary on receiving their period again after birth depending mostly on breatfeeding. Some won't see it again for 20 weeks after giving birth. If you are not sure, visit your doctor.
