While filing an amended court order for college tuition should the new spouse's income, etc be involved in this "discovery" act?

What state is this in and why are you trying to amend an order of the court ?

Was college tuition granted in the original orders ?

If you are in the US, laws are very specific by state. In only a few does the income of the spouse come into bearing but normally discover of all incommes that are used to decide support needs to be done on any change of support agreements.

Also many states do not require any support after the child is 18 and in others the rules on support for college varies to some only regular child support ocntinues.
