How do you find out if a rental home in Florida is being foreclosed
Is there any way I can find out if my rental home is in foreclosure before I get the letter of foreclosure from the lender? I live in St. Pete Florida.

Normally you can't, since the court will not have any record prior to them filing it in court. ( than then you get your letter)

    Hello Deb:

If you're the tenant, you won't get a letter. If you're the owner, you'll be the FIRST to get a letter... As a matter of fact, if your house is verging on foreclosure, I'll bet you've received bunches of letters and a few phone calls too. I can't imagine you wouldn't know about it.
