Kenmore 90 series dryer no power troubleshooting
I have no power to my Kenmore 90 series dryer. I do have power to the outlet; I checked the push button and the door latch for continuity; I checked the thermal fuses on the fan box and replaced one; I checked the thermal fuses on the heater element and they are good. One thing; the dryer stopped working when we had a major "brown" out (probably explains why the one thermal fuse was bad).
    What do I do next?
Thank you for any helpful feedback.

    Does anything work?

    Complete model #?

    Does this have electronic controls?

Is there a schematic anywhere on the unit?

    Nothing works.
    Complete model # is 110 60902990.
No electronic controls; just knobs and dials.
I don't know that I would be able to make sense of a schematic.

One more thing I noticed: on the thermostat fuse on the fan housing that has four pins, one pair of opposing pins has full continuity, but the other pair shows half the amount of continuity (excuse my lay description).
