I have a Federal Reserve One dollar bill that is misprinted. What is the value?
I have a the old style "classic?" One Dollar bill that is printed correctly on the rear, the face has a problem to the right of Washington's picture. It is smuged, like water had diluted the print. However, the green "Department of the Treasury" seal is printed clearly with the green serial number C53623030C and there are four black-inked number 3's on the face---(two on the left side) and two clearly printed on the right side. But everything else on the right-front face is blurred.

Gamertel- What you have is a "Error Note",
and this is what is called a "ink smear"from the printing process.THEY are $10.00 to $20.00 over face value ,for a minor smear .
Note- the (c) & the number (3),are the Federal reserve bank and distric it was printed at. The USA is made up of 12 districts[ A-1 is BOSTON} { b-2 is New york
L12 is SanFranisco; the one you have [c-3] is philadelphia NOTE -I need the info off the front side -series date and letter (example) 1957. 1957a Seal color etc. : Have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
