    Probation laws
    My wife andi are separated I'm on probation she says she will send me to the pen before she let me walk out on her she's lied before had me locked up for 2days on probation hold and they still believe the lies she call and tell them. I have a signed affadavite wher she told them she was mad @ me & lied on me. So what do I do if she using the system to her advantage

    She can and probably will cause you all sorts of grief until you are off probation entirely. Just doing an affidavit is fine and dandy, but it is not a guarantee that it will override anything that she tells the authorities. You'll just have to tread on thin eggshells until you are officially terminated from your probation.

    Yep, it sucks ( that is an official legal term) But if she lies, and "they" who are they believe her. Best thing is you are leaving have no contact with her what so ever, and if you have to, have a witness there with you
