Take a test light or multimeter and test all under-hood and under-dash fuses. Don't start pulling under-dash fuses out by hand and examining them--you run the risk of replacing them in the wrong slot. With a test light or DMM it will take only several minutes to test everything. Most Hondas have a 15 A under-dash fuse going to the alternator and gauges.

Even though not likely, check to see if you reversed the polarity of the battery. Take a DMM and connect the red test lead to the positive terminal and the black test lead to the negative terminal. If polarity was reversed, the DMM will show a -12.6 volts.

Clean battery and alternator connections. Also, pay particular attention to the wire harnesses and connections going from the under-hood fuse box to the alternator and to the positive battery terminal.

If you are absolutely certain the alternator and battery are good, you have an "open" between the alternator and the battery. Let me know what you find out.
