I have my conditional green card and after my marrige after few month my wife need divorced.. now I want to know how can I get mt green card . Becoz she need divorced and what is my fault I left everything for her my home , my parants, my job and when I came here she said I don't want any relationship.. You may be qualified to obtain green card on your own if you can proof the marriage is bona fide. It's not easy but doable... consult experienced immigration attorney.

At this time, she can no longer withdraw her petition, as the I-130 has already been approved. You need to file the I-751 R/C as soon as you are divorced. Good luck.
