Is there a way to search a person (celebrity) by his/her picture?

I don't know what you mean by "search." If you have a photo you can find other info about a person using facial ID software, finding other photos, checking what is posted. Is that what you mean?

Yeah that's what I mean... can this help to sort out who's the one in the picture..?

Machine cannot distinguish people, I think, you may send a post to some forum for help.
