    Warrents
    I have a warrant and now a probation violation but I have a lawyer can they get my warrant lifted

    Depends, what is it for, has the charges been dropped ?

    I mean if there is a warrant by mistake it could happen, but often you have to at least appear in the court.

    Either way you need to turn yourself in, and appear and let the attorney help you get back out

    You were found innocent and the Court issued a warrant by mistake?

    Judy kay tee I haven't been to court yet cause my PO hasn't lifted the warrant but I have test resulties that prove me innocent do I have to turn myself in I'm worried sorry about my spelling it sucks

    You are right, your spelling sucks

    But if you have "proff" then turn yourself in and at the hearing you merely prove you are innocent.

    Your proof is not worth anything until it gets in front of a judge

    Right, your proof is meaningless until/unless a Judge says it has meaning.
