    Immigration interview marriage failed
I am 35 years old emigrant. My wife is 52 yers old citizen originally from my country. She is low employed. She has apartment from government. We live together in both apartments because her apartment is close to her work mine 1.5 h drive.I talked with few lawers they said that because diffrence in our age immigration will check everything very careful. And after first interview they ll not give us any answer.Because of the case of age.And we ll have to put our case into federal court... how do u see that?Is that true?

Age different is one issue, but the other issue which is as important is financial situation. The fact that your wife live in government housing project plus insufficient income, or receive other welfare from the government, make her ineligible to be your sponsor.

If your case has already been denied, do not proceed on your own. Get the best immigration attorney you can find. Good luck.
