I have a Kenmore washer model 110. 20072 991, the problem is that it will not spin everything else works on it. I can turn the drum by hand and it is tight for about 3/4 of the turn then it gets easy. I turned it to the easy part and closed the lid until the switch clicked and it tries to spin 1/4 turn then stops. What could the problem be?

Motor coupling sounds like the problem.

The agitator does work. The motor coupling looks good. It acts like the clutch is sticking or something like that. I'm not sure how it works on it.
