Stop being friends for a while. You're not over it yet and it's going to take waaay longer if you keep seeing him - even as a friend.

That small ray of hope that you're still carrying for him will eventually die down if you see him less.

I think your friendship is already ruined. 1. You are jealous of him dating someone else, it makes you sick and 2. You are afraid to date him because you don't want the hurt. So what is it about this friendship that you don't want to ruin?

Until you're completely over the breakup you should'nt attempt friendship. Make new friends and leave him in the past.

You shouldn't even be thinking about a friendship until you're over him.

If you keep getting updates about him, you're going to drag out the healing process..

Leave him out of your life until you've completely healed and then you can consider a possible friendship.

Otherwise, you're just dragging out the pain and suffering.
