    Water in clothes dryer vent
What causes water to accumulate in the clothes dryer vent leading outside?

You might want to check your exhaust port where the dryer air exits the house. If the flapper on the exhaust port is stuck open or missing that will allow warm moist air to flow into the dryer which may much cooler than the outside air causing condensation inside the dryer drum.
