I was served with a summons, and I owe the money to Bank of America not the people who are sueing me, CACH LLC. They apparently bought my debt from BOA. Im in Florida and my last payment was approximately 11/2007.

What info do you need? What is your defense? It's either a 4 or 5 year statute (the argument is whether a credit card agreement is a contract) so they are within the Statute.

So yes you are being sued by someone who bought the debt and it appears to be within the SOL. It appears you were legally served since you are aware of the law suit.
