How can you check that you lost or didn't lose your virginity at home... I want to check it before my parents learn and don't want to go to the doctor because I am sixteen...

You can't check. If you've had intercourse you are no longer a virgin. It's as simple as that.

Even at 16 your doctor is required to keep your confidentiality. So you should have no fear of your doctor telling your parents.

However, if you should be pregnant, that's another issue.

Or have one of the 100's of STD's that you can get.

I am seriously worried, since if you don't know about this, do you know about birth control and more

Why, and how, would your parents "check", and "learn".

Are you from a culture that does "inspections"?

You may have broken your hymen, but you did not lose your virginity unless you fell on top of a man and his penis went inside you.
