    Hire retired police officers to monitor what is going on outside, then you get more parental involvement to help the security guards on the inside.`

    First you hire retired police officers to monitor what is going on outside to keep trouble down, their more equipped to handle the situation from being on the police force. Second, you get more parental involvement to help the security guards on the inside.

    Uh, why are you posting questions and answering them yourself?

    And why retired police anyway? I went to a safe high school. And we still used a regular officer from the police department and had a number of parents on campus helping the administrators baby sit (like I said, our campus was safe. The highlight of our day was telling us when to cross the street. Because you know those big flashing walk and don't walk signs are just so hard to read... "
