    Father visitation rights
I have a need to see my daughter. Her mother, I believe is going to slander my name and make my daughter believe that I have deserted her. She has a restraining order against me. Also I plead guilty to domestic violence to avoid conflict and a long drawn-out court case.(My greatest mistake in life) I am 46 years old, my first child and I love her.

Have you been to court for custody ay all ? Because you could ask for supervised visits if its an option on the table. If you start the action you wouldn't ask for it but in the end you may have to agree to it for a limited time until you can get them unsupervised. If your awarded custody from the courts then she has no legal right to interfere and faces severe penalties should she try.
