What do motion do file if my payment arrangement defaulted
We feel behind on our home association fees when my husband lost his job. We were served with a judgement. I called the attorneys office and made payment arragnements. We were late on a payment, and they sent us a final judgement. Can I file a motion so I can continue our payment arrangements or get a modification because We have som many bills that we are behind. What are our options?

If I am reading this correctly there is a Judgment against you but the association agreed not to move on the Judgment, taking payments instead.

You default on that agreement and now they want the full amount.

Yes, they can do that. The original Judgment remains in place.

Inability to pay is not a defense, unfortunately.
