When I take pictures I have them put on cd's so I can download on mu computor. But when I put a cd in it does nothing

I'm guessing you have Windows XP. If true, then (assuming you have applied all the security updates) there was a change back a few months ago that turned off "AutoPlay". The result is now when you insert a CD nothing automatically happens--you must manually access the CD.

So, insert the CD. Click Start->My Computer. When the window opens, double-click on your CD drive (probably D: or E: ). Click on the "Views" icon up towards the top and select "Thumbnails". You should be able to see your photos.
