We run our AC window unit's fan at night in our bedroom.. and we open another window. Lately, I seem to be smelling what to me smells like the odor fireworks give off... sulfer smell. Doesn't smell like burning. I'm not absolutely confident it's coming from the unit but maybe it is. Any ideas

I have heard of rotten egg smell from ACs, but never sulphur smell.

It could be a smell called askril which is from burining or over heated electric wire. Or you may need to clean the evaporator coil of bacteria.
