Is it dangerous to apply serums directly to your face?
I'm always reading about people mixing them with lotions. I just apply them directly to my face. Am I using them wrong? I feel I get faster/better results this way...

Serums are perfectly fine to use on the face but what serums are you talking about that they are mixing in with lotion?

Sounds like your talking about some of those questionable skin lightening serums.

I have applied serums directly to my face without problems, they are actually not oily compared to cremes. It does depend on the ingredients and what's in it as mentioned.

It is okay to apply serums directly to the face unless otherwise directed. It is important to read everything before you begin to use it so that you are getting the most out of the product. One of the Exclusive Fair and White Serums suggest that you mix it with the lotion or the gel to maximize the action. So, I guess people mix products in hopes of faster results.
