For the past year or so, I have been getting these rashes when I get out the shower and when I run. My skin turns slightly red then a very small bump shows up. It sometimes looks just like a mosquito bight. The rash usually slightly itches. Again, usually only when I get out the shower in the morning and when I jog. I have attached some pictures. Sometimes the little bump turns slightly white sometimes its red. Again, very small bumps. Sometimes the bumps show up sometimes they don't. I get the rash on my abdominal area, chest by nipple, my left and right side of upper body, and some times on my neck. I don't get a rash in all these places at one time. Its usually in one or two places at a time. Changes time to time. They really never show up anywhere else. Once, I got a small rash on my wrist area. Please help ! Anyone. I have no other symptoms.
