We want to get married at the court house. What do we have to do?

Me and my friend want to have a courthouse wedding next year. What do we have to do?

Be of legal age and sound mind, go to the courthouse and get a marriage license ( you may want to check to see what their requirements are, such as proof of ID, prior divorce info and the such)

You will in some places then merely show up when the judge does his weddings, locally it is 6pm daily and you wait in line with others getting married and the judge does it, In some places you make an appointment with the judge.
