I bought my 3months old puppy and she has been coughing badly since then. Today is her6th day with me and my family. Looks like her nose is very dry and having phlem by just listening to her cough. Vet has prescribed flu pils and a 16 day course of antibiotics. She was gien a dworm injection too but her cough is still the same. She seems weak and only at times active. She is a silky terrier, I have had puppies 15 yrs back but have never experienced one like this. Please help my por puppy

From the coughing I would say kennel cough, very common in dogs but if left untreated can turn into pneumonia.

How long ago did you get the antibiotics?
