    Sink drain trap alignment
I recently installed a new granite, double bowl bathroom vanity top in our master bethroom. Neither of the new vertical plastic drain pipes are aligned with the traps from the rear wall. I forced the one that's really off (the trap is 2-3" short, behind the drain pipe) and, as you would expect, is leaking profusely due to the pressure on the joints. The other one is not as bad, but still leaking slowly.

The traps will not come out any further from the wall. Is there a flexible or adjustable trap that I can buy, or some sort of 2-3" extender or adaptor to align the drain pipe and trap properly?

Is the horizontal pipe coming out of the wall PVC? You can extend that pipe with a weld in connector or a slip connector.
