Asking for the right path to follow
I have me with a personal prob as I love some body which is a true love, and few days back have stated to family (sister and brother) without any issue of marriage. To which isiter threatened, where as brother reacted cooly and calmly and said to consider the boy. Now I felt I did wrong, and have said to family that will not do anything wrong, which is agaionst family, and decided to stop talking to that person for the sake of family, leaving on all whether they conside or not. Was I correct in all this? Whether they peiople would consider it or not?

I think that, presuming you are an adult, you should be free to decide who to love. That is the only game in town. The only one that matters, and the only true happiness you will ever have in this life. If you were lucky enough to find someone to love, and love you in return, that is the simplest and most beautiful treasure any human being on this earth can possess.

If you choose, or have already chosen, to disregard this gift, because your brother and your sister disagree with your choice, that is truly sad.

Why does the family not like this person?

Is it difference of religion? Different beliefs? Age? Nationality?

    You did the wrong thing.

You are in love with somebody. You feel threatened by your family.

Cultures and everything is different but... the only thing that should matter is that your happy in your life.

Your family should be accepting and loving. Not nasty hateful people who discourage you to experience your own life.
