I loaned a "FRIEND" money & have only been paid a small amount.. Can I file a small claims or garnish wages? What other methods can I try to have them repay me... SO MUCH FOR FRIENDSHIP!!

The first step is to file in Small Claims Court. If you prevail you will get a Judgment which you can then satisfy using methods which are legal in your State.

Oral agreements are admissible in Small Claims Courts.
