    Getting married in Dallas Ga. How do I Contact the court
    We would like to get married in or around Dallas Ga. In December where can we retain a marrige license and get married at the court house

    Well first if you live in GA, you can get a marriage license at any county in GA. If you are not a GA resident you have to get your license in the county you are going to be married at.

    You and the groom have to go into the courthouse together and apply for the license. The fee is about 50 dollars unless you take a pre marriage counseling course.

    You will have to make a appointment with the judge for the wedding or have a pastor marry you at the courthouse or at your home. In fact I will even offer to do your wedding personally.
    ** I live fairly close to dallas and hiram area.
