My thoughts is yes, go to a doctor. Or a dentist. This can not be diagnosed or thought out over the internet. You did not like my answer that is okay because this is the only answer that will truly help you.

It could be a number of things and some things come to mind but what is important is for you to seek real medical care.

Whatever you have will need to be treated by special medication that you can only get through your doctor as a prescription.

Sounds like it might possibly be strep throat. You will have to see a doctor to have this properly diagnosed and treated.

Definitely sounds like strep but you could also have a mouth full of apthous ulcers (cankers). Definitely have it checked out by a physician to rule out strep!
