    CACH, LLC bought my Providian Credit Card, SOL for NC is 3 Years (Date of last activity is NOV 04) CACH bought account in Mar 05 do I owe CACH, LLC?

    You will always owe them, SOL does not mean you don't owe the money and they can't try and collect.

    All the SOL means is they can no longer sue you in court to get a judgement.
