I'm looking for a service manual for a Lennox G1404/5-100-6

Here is the manual for the 14 series exploding/burn unit. If this is what you are looking for it is the same basic burner unit design the Nazi's used on there WWII jet engins.They are such a pleasure to work on. LOL

Yuck a pulse furnace, dangerous dangerous dangerous, should I say it again :-)

Many years ago I played with the bomb's. The best advice I can give someone is to get a service person that really knows there stuff on this unit or rip it out and replace it with something easier to work on. We took one out of a customers house many years ago because of the noise complaint. Lennor paid for it all and I installed the old banger in the shop as a backup warehouse heater. They actually work well when working correctly but they can be noisey even with the muffler setup. That flex gas line is also a MUST install.
