Applying Mono on my back.. is there an easier way?
Now if you are using Monobenzone what about when you apply it on your back? And if you gradually want to lighten before you depig.. is there any kind of lotion you can mix it with? That way the mono lasts longer and you don't have patches.. or if you do.. they're not crazy like.. thank you =)

Only reason why I ask is because you want to be able to cover your whole back with the cream, right? My back is the darkest part of my body.. my back and neck.. but the neck is easier to reach

Best and only way, you are sure you reach every place on your back,
Is to get someone to put the cream on your back

Well said, but right now I will be the one who will be applying hq on my back when I reach the point to lighten that area.

But Daniel Lust I believe a few member here mix it with oil, almond oil for example, you'll have to search the threads to find more info on it perhaps.

Awesome.. thank you Mobster and thank you Golden_Girl. I am Caucasian but I've spent all my life surfing and would like to get my some color back. I love my tan.. but now everywhere you go it seems like women like the pale look.. with dark features like eyes and hair. Why is that? And I'm not talking about Edward Cullen.. but I guess that would be a perfect example since Mr. Pattinson himself has become so popular now hehe

Well, to me it seem to be just what's in style, the vamp/emo look because this year's focus is on the vamp culture and exactly... Edward. A couple of years later people may think he is wearing too much blush and powdered makeup. But mono is permanent, so once the vamp-pale style is nolonger in trend and perhaps the deep bronzed tans or some other style are the next big thing, the skin may repigment unevenly in patches and spots and area of skin that may never repigment. You can always go with something temporary if it's for trend.

If I decide to depig.. it's for life? Obviously I have to stay away from sun exposure and if I am in the sun always wear sunblock. I try to avoid sunlight as much as possible because lately the sun makes me feel nauseous and light headed for some reason. How long would I have to use the Mono for.. a year or two years? And is it every single day I apply or every other day? Thank you so much.. this forum will open my eyes to a lot of things! Too many people are close minded. Too many people criticize people of color because they want to lighten their skin or what not. They need to cut the crap out because I'm white.. and I've always wanted to be darker. It's usually what you don't have.. you want! And for some it may be a better change.. and I don't think there's anything wrong with experimenting!

I talked to a doctor one time, you don't have to apply monobenzone to every inch of skin, because its going to get inside of you, known as the systemic effects, when it start to kick in good, and no going back, once you start, most people used it with almond oil for the skin, people make a mistake when use it without the skin oil,use it right out the tube, you have a very greater chance of getting, the light/white spots,to appear on the body or other area's where you did'nt apply the cream,OK.. I no a lot about monobenzone I did too much research on it...

If you decide to depig mono is permanent and it does not lighten, there is no lightening period when using mono, you just go from one extreme to the other, so you can expect to see white spots soon if you are using authentic mono. So don't think for one minute you can lighten your skin by using mono and stop before you completely depig, it does not work that way. I know cause I got the white spots to prove it. If you want to lighten the best lightening agent to use id HQ.

Yeah I don't want it to be obvious because then people will ask why I have spots.. and I'll tell them I'm just trying to get back my old skin color and then they'll pick on me hehe guys already pick on me because I used to go surfing/tanning in general.. and now that I'm doing the opposite and getting my color back they'll think I'm just weird. Oh well.. other people shouldn't effect what choices I make. My girlfriend supports my choice. I guess that's all that matters. And I have you guys and girls here on this forum to help me out along the way. This is great! What is a legit source to get Mono.. if that is appropriate to ask and if not I can PM you

Well I can't say cause it would be advertising and I don't want to get banned, but you can do a Google search and stay away from the comapanies in Asia, they will not sell you good mono, from my experience anyway, but gl with your lightening and with mono it can take many years to depig, so you got to be prepared to stay the course. I know someone that has been depigging with mono and every other lightener on the market for the past 7 years.

    Advertizing come on,
    That's BS.

We people say which ones we like, and which ones we don't,
    I got ripped by monobenzone.net
They never responded my mails, or sent anything so stay away from that one.
    Besides its so expensive.
The one that I have seen which sells benoquin and hydroquin are
    Benoquin, Monobenzone Cream

    That one is cheap,
    They also got Hydroquinone,
I use to pay a lot more for it, and when I saw that it was cheaper, in some other
Companies, believe me I got pissed off..

Just because its harder to find, people take advantage of you.

Some people in China sell it for like 300$ the powder, that's insane, shame on them.

Wow $300 that is a lot of money! How much you figure I would spend on this the first time? I mean to start?

It depends on where you buy your products,
And the hydroquinone, comes in 20mg. Tubes

I use it for my face, and it lasts max. 25 days.
    Twice a day.

I don't want to tell you any specific places you can buy,
    But I buy mine on
    Skin

I think its BS, that people don't want to tell where they buy their products from.
I was annoyed, when I first joined the forum.
Because I had to search for my own.

$13.90 is a good price. If I knew good places to buy this I would have mentioned, I'm using hq/ra from alldaychemist. Daniel Lust, since you are Caucasian your skin may depig quicker and spots would be less noticeable compared to a brown-skin person. But if your skin begins to redarken after continuous use, it may redarken unevenly and in patches.

If I was you I would seek out all of my options since reaching pale complexion is only a couple of shades a way for you, you have many options to choose from to reach your goal. Retin-a (vitamin A) may even lighten you a shade as it exfolitates the skin, a good strong sunblock w/ high spf (I like neutrogena spf 70+). I know that another member Lilgreg uses mono, alpha arbutin, and almond oil. Alpha arbutin from Making Cosmetics or SkinActives may help you reach your goal as well. Hq w/ retin-a will definitely work quickly. The other is mequinol w/ retin-a (or solage) which can lighten the skin around 2% strength or depig the skin at 20% strength, but it'a know to cause a lot of stinging and burning. There are many others out there, but whatever you decide to use, make sure to do your homework.

I haven't looked in a while, but I recall seeing mono powder on mono.net for almost 2 thousand dollars per kilogram. How much pounds is that?
There are a few people who have been using mono for several years stated from every source available on the market and are still searching for something that works, that says a lot about mono's effectivity.

To me, mono is like a marriage. Once you start and say the "i do", your stuck with the good and the bad, for better or worse. After a period, it becomes permanent and once things goes bad, the spots and imperfections may begin to show... when people make a choice to use this, they need to do in-depth studying, speak with other previous and current users, that is the smart thing to do (should be done w/ anything actually). And be aware that it is something they really want to commit to cause it's for life. No givesies-backsies
