You keep getting reinfected by your husband. He must be treated at the same time you are so you can finally get rid of this infection.

If it hurts to pee you may also have an STD on top of the yeast or you could have a bladder infection. Hard to tell until you get checked out. Does he have any problems peeing?

There are number of things you can do to keep the whole genital area healthy and free of yeast infections and UTI's:

    Always wear cotton undies
Don't wash the area with harsh soaps
Always wash and wee after sex
Drink lots of water, reduce caffeine and alcohol
If it burns when you wee take cranberry tablets
Have your yeast infection treated and have your husband treated as well
Make sure you are lubricated when you have sex
Wash all your towels and undies in hot water until the infections have cleared
Don't have penetrative sex until infections have cleared.
