I've been having this problem for the past few years. The thing is that every time I wear a cotton shirt or just every shirt I start to get soar nipples. This morning I put on a shirt after my shower. It was approx. 6 hours ago. Now my nipples hurt like hell every time anything touches it, the shirt or me myself.

What can it be? I'm 26 years old guy.

Go and see a doctor - because that is not a normal condition.

If you wear a loose, heavy-fabric shirt - the fabric can rub and irritate the nipples - this is not an uncommon problem. One solution that has worked for me is to wear a close-fitting T-shirt underneath the regular shirt. If your nipples are very chapped, you might cover them with soft bandaids until they have a chance to heal a bit. If this doesn't help, them seek out your doctor's opinion.

If you recently started lifting weights or som other strenuous activity like that it could be growing pains
