Hey guys. It's been awhile since I have been here on the site. The last time I was here I had some problems and was led to the right directions thanks to all of you.

I have a computer problem now and I hope you guys can point me I the right direction once again.

Ok here goes...

My wife and I recently bought a HDTV it's a 50" 1080p. I would like to purchase or custom build a computer tower so I can hook it up to my TV.

We have a laptop only and enjoy watching movies downloaded from torrents (hehe). So what we like to do is have a tower that has wicked graphics and support a 1080p resolution and has the HDMI port. So, we can download movies and watch it through our TV and have a really awsome picture. Any suggestions? Maybe you guys can help me build a wicked tower?

Also I was wondering how good will a tower have to be to play Blu-Ray movies? The ones you download not the disc itself. I heard a tower has to be really good to play on the computer otherwise it will pause and jitter lol.

Any suggestion, ideas will be great. Thank you in advance!

Well you don't need any of that fancy stuff, all you really need is a video/audio chord that fit's from latptop to TV. It will most likely look like/be the chord that goes from a normal PC to a monitor. Plug that into a similar/same looking jack into the TV, and just start the movie on the laptop and it will show up on your TV, just like using a laptop to projector setup.
