    I pay child support for last three years and I want t spend more time with my so I live in Minnesota and kid lives in Wyoming what can I do and can't afford layer what are my rights?

    You have the right to file in court for a modification of the child custody and visitation agreement to ask for more time. Normally in these issues you can't afford NOT TO have an attorney, esp if the other side will have one.

    Your payment is merely court ordered and gives you no special visit rights, any time and dates to visit are merely by court order

    Generally, Family Courts treat support and visitation totally separately.
