I was charged with mischeif by willfuly damageing without justifacation or excuse do I end up in jail if theire is no damge was done

I was charged with mischife by willfully damageing without justifacation and there was no real damage I was underhte influence of booz and there was no real damage but I suppostly was empting a gas can on my side of my house and the naeighbors said I poured it at their door am I going to jail I never been in trouble before and I have had many problems with these neighbors . I don't really rember what the heck happened I am going to jail?

Let me see you were pouring gas on your neighbors front door, ( they must believe there was intent to light it)

So what other crimes are on your record
