I have been married for 2yrs and 8 months.. during the time of marriage I got to be aparted frm my husband for 1and half-yr... after every thing approved for my Visa and son.. He doest want me to get back there and be with him... And he ask me to wait another 6 months... and He states if I try to get back to USA, he will reports to immigration do not allow me to get in the USA... Can he really be able to do that to abuse me?. give me some advise that really scare to very much :(:confused:

Did he submit I-485 to immigration for you? If yes, when is the expiry date of your green card? What's the reason he doesn't want you back? Did he mention a divorce? Do you have a child together? Etc.

This is a complicate case, please provide all details...

He did submit I-601... He said we couldn't get along after make me wait for 2 yrs in Thailand and finally I got the Immigrant visa He just said That he doesn't want me to get back and divorce him in the state.. he afraid I would sue him... He says if I still be in Thailand.. I can't do any thing to him...
