Sorry to unbury an old thread, but I just wanted to talk about my problem with this position to someone. I'm also a newbie in sex, but we do try to do a lot of positions. However, the few times I try to be on top, he said he didn't 'feel' me in him after a few seconds, and he would start losing his erection. So he wants to change, before I even try to find what works.

But, to be honest, I don't feel very comfortable there either... and since I'm thinking 'do it fast do something all it's gone', well it just doesn't work.

And I never know, should his knees be bent or straight, should he be moving, I just feel like I'm there, exposed and have to do it something I have no idea how to. He says he likes being on the dominant side(meaning, doing the work), but that he did do the girl on top position with his other gfs and it did work.

He doesn't judge me or anything, he's really sweet, but Id just love to master this one!!

Every sex position just takes practice between the partners to get it right, really. As long as you're communicating with each other, it should eventually work itself out.

When my partner and I first got together, you should have seen us (ok well not really but you know what I mean) We were a confused mess of arms and legs everywhere until we found what positions worked for us.

What worked for myself and my ex didn't work with my new partner, we eventually found our own rhythm and I now find myself doing positions I had previously avoided because they were no fun with my ex... they have since become some of my favourites.
