Suppose you are at a house party with some friends and aquaintances and you see some other people smoking marijuana and using other illegal drugs. I don't use any illegal drugs and I wanted to know if police show up at this party, can people who were not using drugs also be charged with any offence?

Thanks for the answer, sorry they wouldn't let me give you a green. This was a fascinating article. I've always hated seeing people persecuted for victimless crimes. It's great to see the right and left working together to protect people's freedoms.
